ReachTheSoul is a cloud-based outreach management platform designed for churches, ministries, and faith-based organizations. The Service enables organizations to manage prayer requests, counseling conversations, respondent follow-ups, and multi-channel communications across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other messaging platforms.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
ReachTheSoul offers multiple subscription plans, including a free tier and paid plans with additional features. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are stated in US Dollars (USD) and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' prior notice to existing subscribers.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that you are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your respondents and contacts before collecting and processing their personal data through the Service. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service.
The Service includes AI-powered features that assist with initial response generation and conversation management. AI-generated responses are provided as suggestions and should be reviewed by authorized human counselors before being relied upon for spiritual guidance or counseling. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other messaging services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms and policies of those third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
The Service, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by ReachTheSoul and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription period.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that may affect your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReachTheSoul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, during which you may request an export of your data. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted.
If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. Refunds for subsequent billing cycles are not available. To request a refund, please contact us at hello@reachthesoul.org.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online services. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
